10/28/2021 hidded in a quaint eclectic area know as OLD TOWN you can barely see the sign for USPS. FOR ALL THE COST THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE IS STICKING TO US CONSUMERS. THERE NEEDS A LARGER SIGN. Wheelchair ♿ accessible. FINDING PARKING IS A CHALLENGE. Service was on here on that day.

Google maps led me to the wrong building, so I wandered around looking for it for a long time! It's actually in the next building over. I walked up right as the guy turned the "Open" sign to "Closed"! But he was very nice and helpful and told me about another post office within walking distance, which was also unfortunately closed, but if only all postal workers could be as nice and helpful as he was!

I recently visited the post office and had a very disappointing experience. While waiting in line, I watched the employee tape up a couple’s box, wrapping tape around it multiple times. However, when it was my turn, she told me that they don’t tape boxes and did so in a rude manner. I was taken aback by her attitude and the inconsistency in service. It was both frustrating and unprofessional.

The lady who works here is rude and likes to police people. I was there admiring the pet cat, who voluntarily came up to me to be petted. Mind you I did not pet her. The woman behind the counter started policing me asking what I was doing, I said I was admiring the cat, and she said leave her alone. I apologized and the woman smirked. What a terrible and bitter person. Awful.

Do not come to this post office. The short older lady who works there has horrible customer service. She is rude, has horrible attitude, and condescending towards customers for no given reason. My experience with her instantly turned me away from ever coming here. Please do not come here. She is not a nice person at all. If you like to file a complaint, go to usps, then go to 'email us' and then click on 'personnel'
