I just had an excellent experience being helped by "Joe", who went out of his way to go look in the back for a package that wasnt yet officially labled as "ready for pickup". Excellent customer service, I appreciated this greatly.

TO THIS DAY!! I/WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR NEW HOME MAIL BOX KEY!! INSTEAD OUR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR HAS THE OLD MAILBOX KEY FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS, PLUS I HAD TO PAY THE POSTAL WORKER FOR FOURTY (40.00$) BECAUSE WE BARELY ARRIVED LATE!! IT WAS OVER (30) THIRTY DAYS, THEIR POLICY, HE STATED!! THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME TO PAY FOR RESIDENTIAL MAILBOX 📬 AND TWO 🔑 🔑 KEYS!! MORE MONEY SPENT, NO MORE FREE RESIDENTIAL MAILBOX!! STILL NO!! 🔑 🗝 🔐 NO LOVE LETTERS FOR US!!

"no retail services" needs to be posted prominently at the entrance and possibly in the name, to prevent wasted trips like the one one I just made. Didn't realize that I needed to check reviews for a government service SMDH
