Marlena Hernandez 4 months agoBeen waiting 2weeks for a mailbox lock change on my community mailbox since I just moved in no body has reached out to me or nothing. But when I was scheduled to receive a package they returned it to sender and listed my address as vacant very far from the truth. That’s why nobody wants to use USPS u could have came put it on my door step. But that was too much work for you guys! Yall are a joke!!!!!
Nicole Thomas 5 months agoI ordered a package that gets shipped through USPS. The correct full address is on the package instead they lied and said something about address vertfication and the correct address is on there. They are probably going to send my package back for no reason at all. Tried calling but of course no one answers the phone. I dont understand
