katherine v 9 months agoThis is the second time I have experienced a packaging reopening at this location. They always put sticker or receipt that says sorry for opening your package from another distribution center but it is always them. They open your packages and don’t take accountability. Do anything to avoid sending to and from this location. The first time they stole something very valuable and ever since I stopped. I sent paper receipts this time and didn’t think they would open my package but they did. So disrespectful from a state/govt funded place.
Kimberly West 7 months agoI had such a wonderful experience at this post office yesterday. I waited in line and watched the clerks positive interactions with everyone that came in. The line didn’t take too long and once it was my turn, my issue needed a supervisor. Their supervisor, Hannah, immediately came out even though on a conference call took my information. Let me know that it was going to take a little while since she was on that call but she would definitely reach out to our carrier Curtis and get back with me as soon as possible. Very friendly. Within an hour, Curtis had rectified my issue and I did receive a call back from Hannah closing the loop. I was very impressed with the service, especially being the holidays, and grateful that this is my post office.
Yanixa P 3 months agoI would like to file a complaint about a USPS employee due to unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I went to the post office to prepay several envelopes that I plan to use at a later time. From the moment I approached the counter, the employee spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone and asked, “What do you want?” Her attitude was so harsh from the beginning that it almost made me cry. I explained that I needed to prepay four envelopes for future use and described how I intended to send them. While interacting with me, she made facial expressions that made me feel as if I were being treated like I was unintelligent. It felt like she was mocking or repeating my actions in a disrespectful way. Despite this, I tried to remain calm and maintain a positive attitude. However, the employee continued to treat me poorly. She instructed me to arrange the envelopes as if I were mailing them immediately, even though I had already explained that I was not sending them at that time. While I was trying to follow her instructions, she told me to hurry up and loudly pointed out the line behind me, saying that I needed to be faster because there were other customers waiting. This made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, and humiliated in front of others. After I completed the payment, I thanked her and attempted to leave. However, she told me I was not allowed to leave with the prepaid envelopes and that I had to send them immediately, which is incorrect since I was only prepaying them for future use. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to raise my voice and firmly defend myself in order to be understood. Only after that did her behavior begin to improve. For identification purposes, the employee appeared to be a dark-skinned woman with a strong accent. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed so that customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.
RA Ardell 4 months agoThe postal staff at this location are always very helpful. Because of my business I am here quite frequently. I have heard many, many exchanges between the staff and their customers. They have consistently been kind, patient and helpful.
Michael 2 months agoNo large boxes for sale. Can't ship without a box, usps should know this by now. When I asked if there are any large boxes the employee said nothing and just shook her head like I ask the stupidest question possible and offered NO helpful information. Our taxes are being wasted. It's a shame that the usps has devolved to such a pitiful service.
