I would like to share a positive experience with the United States postal service Donelson branch. I know I've had some bad experiences with them but I would like to tell you about Darius. I rarely use that branch, but I had a couple of things on different days to mail quickly so that's the closest one to my home. On both days Darius was so pleasant and really wanted to help me figure out exactly how I should send the items for the best price. I got great service on two different days with Darius and I sure appreciated it He was a rock star! Thank you Darius and also Kudos to his co-worker beside him for his suggestion that helped. I wish I would have gotten his name.

This post office is really good. The reviews are really low and I'm surprised to see that because every time I come in here the staff is very helpful, courteous, super nice to me. I've never really had a problem with this post office. Anytime I have a problem with my mail whenever I come here they seem to be able to either get it resolved or do their best to give me the information to resolve it on my own.

Didn't have a problem with this place until today. Was in line, and then it was my turn, but then the lady who had left came back to give a tracking number, so of course I didnt mind the worker continuing to work with her. So he left to go do whatever, snd since I didnt know how long he would take, I got on my phone to check messages and play a game. So he comes back after but I have all certified, so normally theres not much required of me during the time he enters and processes the information, so I continue playing my game. I didnt not realize my phone was on one of the envelopes, but there were others left as well. So I apologize and laugh, and say sorry because im playing my game and he tells me "Get off" in a rude tone. First of all, he should be glad it took me a minute to process what he even said to me cause if not, I would have put him in his place right then and there. That is embarrassing for a worker to tell to a customer, especially when the customer has been nothing but nice and complacent. I do not understand what his problem or deal was, but telling me "Get off'" and just those two words, is a no go. It is unacceptable for anyone to be treating anyone like that, let alone a man to a woman. I understand why this place has 1.8 stars now.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Y’all make too much money to consistently mis-deliver packages. It’s a simple sequence of numbers followed by letters. Basic math and reading skills that should have been acquired long before accepting the position of a government postal worker. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Clerk lady was nice, didn’t have to wait long (less then 5 minutes) not sure if this was usual slow or busy time (arrived about 4:15 PM on Monday) Works for me. I have huge respect for post people, they get us mail shine or rain or snow or ice. Thank you!!! Just little comment: (not in the mean way at all, I know ya’ll busy) time to trim hedges up front of building.
