Was here for renewing my son's passport. Had an appointment at 9 am and Vickie took care of us and she was thorough professional. She called us exactly at 9 am to her counter, checked all our documents, collected them in order, she made a note of the details in the passport application and as parents asked if everything entered was correct and then asked us to sign the application. Not talking about any other services, the passport application for my son went through well. Although they were out of photo service on that day and they were calling up people to let them know. It's better to take photos with you.

Dropped 7 packages off at this location. Typically drop them in the drop down box. Two of the boxes were too large to fit so I went to place them on the counter(which I have done numerous times). The line was long and they had prepaid labels so I’ve been told in the past, just drop them at the far end on the right hand side of counter. I confirmed with the gentleman checking people out. He said no problem and I thanked him. That was 4 days ago and neither of those packages are tracking. Tracking number states they were never dropped off. I’m sure they will never been seen again. Unreal!

It’s amazing how bad this post office looks upon approach in Belle Meade. Weeds everywhere, torn flags, trash in the bushes. Someone should take more pride in the facility. Our tax dollars not hard at work. Update: Very little has changed over the past few weeks. What a shame to have a Post Office in the heart of our community with so little pride in appearance…external windows need to be cleaned, weeds in cracks everywhere, etc, etc.
