I was in Nashville for a meeting and had something I needed to mail and just looked up what post office was closest to where I was. I don't really like to go to a new place when you are pinched for time because you have to figure out where it is, you have to figure out where to park, you have to figure out where the thing is you're looking for. But I can honestly say I walked into this post office and it was clean, bright, I immediately saw the dropbox that I needed to access and it was a delightful experience. You've done such a good job at making this particular branch of the USPO easy to find, easy to get in and out of because there's a stoplight right there and in general a delight.

For people who have had an issue with them being closed and the hours on Google being incorrect, please submit a suggested change in hours on Google so that others don't go through what you went through. Idk if that suggested change in hours actually works, but maybe it will if we all submit it for the 8:30 am to 5 pm they actually seem to operate. I haven’t personally had an issue with this post office. The workers aren’t overly friendly, but I don’t expect them to be. We are all people and don’t need to be “on” all the time, even in a customer service job. I have had good interactions with the staff who tell me what I need if I’m missing something. Their policies on buying tape are ridiculous, but the customer service people aren’t the ones making that policy.

i have a hold on my mail and the mail man keeps delivering my mail. even after i went into the post office and filled out a manual slip. once it was about to expire in a week. i went back there and filled out a new one before expiration and he still delivering my mail. then even out my neighbor mail in my box after i left him a personal letter as to something is wrong and he shouldn't e delivering my mail. speaking to the many is getting me no where . it's like they have no say so over the drivers

Wow, staff works in this building are positive, Very busy and people busy. But staff workers are wonderful job patience with us. I give you full 5 stars for your best good quick service.

I went here to mail a package. I bought the padded envelope from USPS and brought my own printed label. Then the lady proceeded to tell me that I need to buy tape to put my label on the package. Turns out this is a discretionary charge, they can decide to charge or not. Since I bought the package itself from USPS you think the least they could do was tape the label I brought with me on. She taped it on for $1 and of course its not even a service they offer so it comes up as MISC Revenue on the receipt. Such a scam! Terrible customer service.
