I love my neighborhood post office! Whenever I go in and Killian is working she is so friendly. I just walked out today feeling so happy after my short conversation with her so I felt compelled to sit in my car and write a review quickly! Unfortunately I feel like the standard USPS experience not enjoyable for most people. But I truly enjoy interacting with the staff at this location. Killian is especially very friendly, upbeat, helpful, seems to enjoy her job and is also very knowledgeable. I also really love that if there is ever a line, I can use the self service machine in the lobby. All around I really enjoy our little East Nasty Post Office! Update: Gregory helped me today and was so friendly, helpful and kind!

Gregory who works at the counter is phenomenal! With a long line on a bust Saturday he helped everyone quickly and efficiently with the utmost kindness and respect! Made the experience easy and fun!

I had such a great experience with this USPS location! Gregory Hines kindly helped me find the best price to ship my package to get to the destination before Christmas and even offered up a used box for me to use! He was kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be coming back to him for my shipping needs!

I have visited this location 5 or 6 times in the past few months and recommend it. The lines have always been short and I was able to take care of my business pretty quickly. The main issue for this post office is the parking. There is very little parking and the spaces are tight, especially if you drive a pickup. That said, I have not had problems finding a space so far, but I can imagine it will happen eventually. There is virtually no street parking.

I walked in today at 11:20am, and there were no lines…there was only a man taping up his package and a girl behind the counter smiling who said “hi how ya doing today?” I’ll be honest, today was my first time visiting this post office and I went in with low expectations based upon the many poor reviews I’ve read. I almost actually decided to not get my package that’s required a signature because I was dreading going. But I think it’s only fair to give credit when it’s deserved. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and smiling despite there being no AC in the building and it’s 96 degrees outside. That’s impressive. She retrieved my package that’s been waiting for me at the post office very easily and that was it- I was in and out quickly with very friendly and efficient service. Now, I understand this is not everyone’s experience and I feel like many people go at busier hours, but try going at an off hour? I do feel like a little kindness goes a long way.
