Genuinely one of the most frustrating locations to send off mail; I frequent USPS given the nature of my job and constantly sending things out. There is never enough shipping supplies out, so you have to wait in line to ask for the correct item, then go BACK in line to fill everything out and then ship it off. Additionally, as a small business owner, I ask for every receipt. There have been MULTIPLE instances of the individual working the desk just rushing through so I cannot get my emailed OR printed receipt. It is genuinely frustrating because I am not sure how much more I can say "I need my receipt" and it is rushed out so I can't get it or the individual working just presses the print receipt version when I need both. All of this does not apply to the young woman who works there occasionally; when she is there, it is a great experience!

Our mail carrier is NOT DOING HIS JOB! And now not delivering nor picking up our mail out of spite! We are a business and he continues to not deliver packages/mail as we receive and ship out daily! The more we go to the Charlotte location to discuss with the most master...the worse the service gets. Medical packages are not being delivered and causing major issues with the recipient!!! HORRIBE SUERVICE!!

I have nothing but bad experiences with this branch. Incoming packages are sent here at this base and then prepared to be delivered to the customer but no. No. No. …. The package is now sent to ANOTHER STATE just 2-3 days later. WHY? This has happened twice in the last 2 months how is that even possible? I have had to place a missing mail order just to have my package sent back to this facility and PRAY that they don’t mishandle the package for the 3rd time. Unbelievable

This is the closest post office for me which is rather annoying since the staff are ridiculously stressed and frequently snap at customers. They ran out of stamps the one day I actually needed to buy stamps by selling all available stamps to another individual in line ahead of me. The situation was rather interesting since the request was “all the stamps you have, especially the big rolls, I want 5000-10,000 stamps.” Bizarre. The lobby parcel drop doesn’t accept packages after 5 or before 8 which is inconvenient. The lobby door doesn’t close properly. Generally not a well kept place, and the air of irritation from staff when folks have the audacity to show up and try to mail things is disappointing.

This is ridiculous. They do not answer the phone at this location AT ALL. I had a usps driver stop at the end of my street and mark my packages as delivered in my mailbox. When I went outside to check the mailbox, there was nothing delivered. The USPS van then drive back down the street, driving all crazy and jumping curbs and parking on the sidewalks IN HIS VAN. He then drove right past my house again without delivering anything. I tried calling the actual Post Office at this number about a dozen times now - no answer, just constant ringing for 4 min before it automatically disconnects. I called Customer Service who then put in a service request. I was promised a call within 2 business days. It has now been 4 business days, and no one had contacted me. I called back to the local post office - again no answering. I then called customer service again, and they informed me that the case was closed and that they had notes that they spoke to me about my missing package - WHICH IS A LIE! I absolutely hate USPS in this location - they are liars, unreliable, and super unhelpful!
