I’m so upset!!! I’m an owner of a small business. I always do the USPS at Ballard. This time I went to QA and dropped off the box. 5 days ago and until this moment it says “we are waiting to receive your package”. Upon contacting USPS, they said there is no proof they have received the package and won’t even do the insurance. They also said a customer service representative will call me within 3 business days!!!! What an awful service!!!!!

The Queen Anne Post Office and Regional Headquarters was built in 1965 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. This is a cool looking historical building.

So friendly and helpful! Walked in expecting crazy holiday madness or at least unhappy employees first thing in the morning and got the exact opposite. Happy person, great service, and he was super fast. Thanks for making my experience easy.

Never thought I'll leave a bad review due to poor customer service. Getting ahold of someone directly in Queen Anne PO site no one answers the phone. I tried to ask a person after finally getting through to implement notes of the status of my package and not even the manager herself could of done so due to me having phone technical issues when it's just a click and a button to add specific notes for a delivery driver. Your teams need to do better serving customers. I have never been treated badly before just asking a question and asking kindly to update notes for my packages to be delivered promptly. I hope your hire up or CEO see my review with how long I been with the USPS for so long this is how ya'll treat long term regular customers is bad.

Very bad attitude… Came in with a prepaid label. They wouldn’t tape the box and tried to sell packaging instead. Disappointing experience.
