Need to ship some food to Wisconsin and to be delivered at the Chinese New Year’s Eve. Choose this one for it’s a central location convenient to the main supply Chain - hope to deliver quicker. It was flatter rate priority mail box gives the best service at a lower cost. staffs are friendly and professional. Saturday morning no traffic. The 15 minutes free Parking is so really appreciated. When exit, top part of space needle is seen rught on top of the tree line. Guess it’s a nice place to work and to mail stuff..

There’s nothing worse than going to run an errand and a service worker is so rude it ruins your day. I rarely complain about service, I know it sucks working.. but the girl behind the counter with the braids was SO rude for no reason. I patiently waited in line, came up with a smile and a hello, and asked if the envelope I selected was the cheapest way to mail my item, I guess that was a too much to ask? She rudely said yes as if I was stupid and waved me away before saying “come back when you’ve actually filled it out the address”. I filled out my info, got back in line and she started taking packages from the front to the back one by one throwing them around in the back and making eye contact with me each time she came out, but not helping me or any of the 5 people behind me in line. There’s a “one way” mirror in the back where I could see her just standing there staring out at the line and laughing??? It literally felt like she was a mean girl in high school. Absolutely insane. I’ve worked in the service industry for years, and she clearly was not on a break, she was just avoiding helping with the line.. absolutely wild. I will not bother mailing anything here in the future.

I accompanied a friend to this post office and witnessed an interaction with Lesha that I found unprofessional and disappointing. Her attitude toward the customer was dismissive and rude, and she appeared unwilling to provide basic assistance. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and unfortunately that was not my observation during this visit.

The manager/supervisor (clerk 72 on my receipt) told me, “I don't care, and I don't want to care” and threatened to call the police on me if I ever came back for simply asking for a complaint form. I was unhappy with the service that day and asked for basic kindness, and her response was to escalate the situation as an intimidation tactic. This was a gross abuse of power. I am a POC and would not recommend coming here if you care about your safety. I will never be doing business ever again with USPS due to this hostile experience. If you decide to come here, you come at your own risk. File a written OIG complaint if there’s an issue. Don’t let cruel behavior slide.

Post office feel. Typical layout. Prices are comparative to other locations. Same government hours as you've come accustomed to. Small free parking lot. Knowledgeable professional and friendly staff. Free 15 minute parking on site.
