It is still really impressive how committed the strange, spectacled one is, to not doing his job. I've been ignored for personal phone calls and shown a poor attitude. I won't come in the next time I see him working in the window. There are also weekends where the store has been locked up despite being open—not sure what that is about. Otherwise this is a convenient location and other workers have provided good service.

Mailing something? Need a box, packing tape, or anything else in-between? The Mailbox is well-stocked and convenient - I wanted to mail a postcard, and they saved me a trip to an official post office. Yes, there was a markup on the stamp I bought, but the Mailbox saved me TIME. Besides USPS, this store can facilitate shipping for FedEx and DHL. And I’m sure other services. Friendly quick service. There’s a "free bucket” there and inside were greeting cards from Valentine’s Day. I took one, of course. This store is closed Sundays, but isn't everything else?

Extremely Unprofessional - Ignorant of USPS 1583 Regulations and WA State Laws I am deeply disappointed with the service at this location. As a customer who already paid for an iPostal1 subscription, I came in to complete the mandatory USPS Form 1583. I provided my original Passport and an official Interim Driver License issued by the Washington State DOL (which includes my legal residence address and photo record). The staff Danny was incredibly stubborn and unprofessional. He refused to accept a government-issued interim document, claiming it "wasn't a real card," despite it being a legally valid document in the State of Washington. He clearly lacks the professional knowledge required to perform notary services for USPS forms and wasted an hour of my time. Furthermore, the Danny made discriminatory remarks regarding my nationality and my Chinese Passport. He incorrectly claimed that a foreign passport cannot be used for this process. This is a direct violation of USPS regulations, which explicitly list 'Foreign Passport' as an acceptable primary photo ID. This kind of xenophobic attitude has no place in a business in downtown Seattle. If you are a digital nomad or a professional with legitimate but temporary government documents, avoid this place. They don't understand the law and have zero customer service mindset.

The service at this store was exceptionally attentive, professional, and thoughtful, which made the entire process very reassuring. The staff were warm, friendly, and patient, taking great care of every detail. My package was successfully delivered to New York thanks for the excellent service. Highly recommended.
