I love coming to this post office as it’s usually quiet, since it’s tucked away on the first floor of a commercial office building. Suzanne is usually the sole postal worker at this location and literally always has a friendly disposition and is super quick and knowledgeable. They make my experience so fast and easy!

Suzanne is amazing, so quick, efficient and friendly! Jasmine on the other hand is new, so if you have a lot of stuff to mail out take into consideration that she might mess things up or take a long time doing things. At some point, she had to call her boss while helping me out. Other than that, this location is good and safe.

Out of ALL the USPS in the greater Seattle area, I will still take the light rail to deliver my mail at this location. Not only is Suzanne the best, I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and they’ve always delivered my stuff on time or even earlier! I live by UW, but even though there’s a drop box next to me, I’ll stick pick up come here instead. Keep up the good work!

It’s a hidden post office in the basement of a beautiful office building on the corner of 4th and Madison in the Safeco Plaza at 1001 fourth Ave . Head in and take the escalators all the way to the bottom and go straight towards a fitness sign on the wall and find this little shoebox of a post office tucked away. Or enter off third 3rd to access the building and get to the post office on the ground floor. Look for the address in the window 1001 fourth Ave and your almost there

The clerk was very kind and resourceful. I am not really used to mailing forms and paying by money order, but she took the time to explain how it all works all the while she was busy with some training at the back of the counter. I'll be coming back today for more paper work!
