DO NOT GET YOUR FINGER PRINTS DONE AT THIS LOCATION! If you call and ask if their machine is working that day and they say it is, they are lying. I went a month ago and it took 30 minutes to get my prints "acceptable" to be submitted, but they still ended up being rejected for being unclear. I went back again today and spent another 30 minutes trying again and this time they didn't even register. The whole time the clerk made it seem like it was my fault for having hands that were too oily, being too nervous, not knowing how to hold the right amount of pressure in my fingers, etc. They sent me and three others to other locations after another 30 minutes because the machine wasn't working. I ended up going to the location on Mercer Island and the whole thing was done in one try and I was out the door in five minutes. The clerks were very friendly and said I had very clear finger prints, so I know it wasn't me after all. Save your time, sanity, and money, and skip the fingerprinting here.

WHY can't this location keep the KIOSK WORKING ???? i can't count how many times I drive there to find AT THE MACHINE it will not work for mailing packages/priority mail/anything. KEEP THE MACHINE OPERATING !! Determine WHY it is not operating (eg: is it simply out of labels ? Then handle it and fix it. GRRRR !!!! I do not want to wait in line and have this 'manually' done by staff. I want a LABEL and my own work (no mistakes that way). KEEP THE KIOSK WORKING !!! Basic thing for a post office - BASIC. IRRITATING WASTE OF TIME !!!

They have the only semi-functioning FBI fingerprinting machine in the greater Seattle area as of early July 2024. Unfortunately, the customer service agent who runs the machine is extremely impatient and rude. She pushed through my prints that clearly had red exclamation mark icons next to them on the machine indicating that they needed to be retaken.‼️ Unsurprisingly, my prints were rejected and need to be re-done - total waste of time and $50. Why is the service at USPS always the worst??

Terminal Station is the worst USPS I've ever visited. Extremely unhelpful staff who started making snarky remarks about not reading the fine print about fingerprinting hours when just telling me the correct hours would have sufficed. Also, the fingerprinting machine was down and they did not even bother to check to see if it was back up, whereas Westwood USPS checked and managed to get it working - big thank you Kamesa D. at Westwood USPS! Terminal Station - don't even bother going, all you'll get is a bad attitude.

Please come during 10am-3pm for fbi fingerprinting. Wish this can help you avoid wasting time like I did.
