This is my favorite post office for three reasons: the two guys on the opposite ends of the counter are super knowledgeable, very helpful, efficient, and nice 2) the lines go fast and people in line are generally nice and patient 3) parking is super easy. The guys at this post office have saved my day a number of times and while in line I’ve seen them save other peoples day over and over. They have a fin display of cards for kids to read and don’t have a problem with your kid browsing the cards. I give this post office a big thumbs up and much prefer it to others in the area.

They stated they could not access the delivery location to deliver a package. The package is small, weighing approximately 3 lbs. The mailbox is clearly marked, there is no locked gate, and no dog on the property. To be clear, this statement is untrue. I have three steps leading up to my porch—there was no obstruction preventing delivery. If the issue was that the route was running behind, I would prefer an honest explanation rather than an inaccurate one. Mail delivery to my address was completed without issue on the same day, so I am unclear why this package could not be delivered. Please explain.

Rude employees with 0 patience. I have never talked to people (who are not even being unreasonable) like that at my job. I was standing in line for about 30 min and in one instance, when one patron left, the worker talked badly about her and everyone heard it. The employee I interacted with was also quite patronizing. Nothing can be done though so just be prepared for attitude when you come here.

Came to return a package. Had the return label on my phone. They had no way to scan the label and refused to print it in store. That’s USPS for you

Busy post office but workers move fast and get things done. One robot postman in lobby. Open 8:30 til about 7:00 ish then they lock it up.
