I sent a priority package to my daughter, who is on a travel assignment at the hospital. The guy knocks on the door, but fails to leave the package. In the tracking history, they have the address as forwarded, which was for the previous tenant with a different name. Now, no one will answer and I recorded a 42 minute cackling session of employees in the office when I called. Phone was picked up, but no one answered because they were too busy playing in the background! This is unacceptable because the service wasn't free!! They informed my daughter that I would have to contact their office to have it returned to her because the package was going to be sent back to the sender. My daughter needs that package for work and NO ONE is trying to help. Online gives no assistance and everything is automated!! I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT THE PACKAGE AND SERVICE I PAID FOR..ASAP! I have already contacted consumer affairs about this matter! FEDEX would NEVER!! lesson learned, but I am NOT done with this issue!!!

(November 26) This was my first—and hopefully last—experience with this Post Office. I was making a return using the USPS Label Broker, and the item needed to be shipped back by December 5. After printing the label without any issues, I brought the package to the counter. The postal worker (an older woman) rejected the box, insisting that the label was invalid because the date at the top read 11/21. I explained that 11/21 was simply the date the company issued the return label and that the email clearly stated it was valid through December 5. She dismissed this and told me to contact the company. Rather than argue, as she seemed quite unwilling to listen, I went to the USPS on Ranier Street about three miles away. There, the postal worker scanned my label without hesitation, handed me a receipt with tracking, and wished me a good day. Bottom line: use caution when seeking service at this location, and consider visiting another post office instead.

Xiao-the older asian lady is extremely rude every time I come here. I am a Depop seller and pay for my shipping through Depop in which the QR code is scanned at USPS. Xiao ALWAYS refuses to take my packages and/or makes me pay for shipping again even though it is a pre-paid label. No other post office or worker at this branch has an issue with scanning the QR code and printing my labels. I will not be coming to this post office anymore, Xiao needs to be taught about this process as she does not reflect USPS well or correctly.

The older black gentleman and older Chinese lady have horrific attitudes. I visit everyday for context, but at least twice a month I overhear customers yelling at one of these two and leave very upset. The younger Chinese lady (don't know names) is exceptionally nice and very efficient. Save yourself the frustration and visited the one just south of here

I love this post office and the experience is great the lady was nice no line and lots of parking! Get your passport stuff here! Send a box 📦 and they got the self service machine so if your all packed just place on the scale and follow the prompts and you won’t have to see anyone or deal with humans! Just don’t let the area scare you as I was pulling up there was a naked person across the street being chased my emt’s trying to get her covered up! Bless them and I lived in sodo for a year and never had a problem!
