Are they hiding the entrances on purpose? There is an unmarked door on Lander where you need to get buzzed in like a speakeasy, or you drive to the third floor of the parking structure and walk past the chain link fence and “trash pickup” sign to ring the bell on a locked door. Oh wait - there is a torn sign that says the bell is broken.

They don't answer the phones here, you have to go in person. If they can't find your package they will say anything to get you to leave, and never actually follow up. Truly a miserable beuracratic hell hole.

Worst people and service I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with. I was told to buzz into the annex by the post office next door, I went around to buzz, and even into the parking garage. After 5 minutes, no one answered, and the building honestly looks abandoned. I went back to ask if I was missing something, and their “hard working” (as some reviews says) manager, simple told me “I don’t know I don’t work there” The building itself is trashed, and there wasn’t a soul in sight. If that’s where my packages are going, they’re gone forever. If you have a package that gets sent there, you will likely never get it I’ve lost a $25 Amazon package with no way of getting it. Absolutely no help was given. Any review that says “hard working team” is them desperately trying to get their reviews up. There’s overwhelming negative reviews for a reason. DO NOT GO HERE

Called over 50 times to rectify my wrong address nobody picked up. Building is very confusing and hard to access. Resulted in my package being sent back. Unfortunate they don't answer the phone or this could have been resolved. Sketchy building. Lady was nice but that's about it. ANSWER YOUR PHONES.

Amazing customer service from Val, who helped me track down a package that had been looping in and out of WA for a month. As others have said, such a hard-working team! Visit in person if you need their help and I'm sure you'll receive it.
