Is closed at random times with no notice or explanation. Why? Can’t even get in to the mail boxes. Why? Lousiest service imaginable. Would give no stars if possible. And this has been going on for a year or more. What is going on?

This location is the worse, this one clerk his name is Jason doesn't care about the people at all. He was helping from another location, the guy was rude, lazy. I need it a money order but the person working the only there told me that he couldn't take cash, but if a waited his coworker was coming back in 5 or 10 minutes, I had to wait 55 minutes before the other employee got there. he was late 50 minutes, took an hour and 50 minutes lunch. then when he saw me waiting he said to me what do you want, not a hello nothing. and when I told him that I need it a money order, immediately he said i don't have any. so the other employee told him that I had been waiting for more then a hours and that he had money orders. It took him another 30 minutes to get ready. is was obvious he didn't want to be there. They have 4 supervisors in the back. This place is a joke.

Long line with only one person manning the counter. Staff still very courteous.

Every time I make an appointment for a passport, the clerk always calls in sick. Then they said there were no appointments scheduled when I clearly had the email of the time and date of said appointment. Then they told me I should've gotten a call when no one bothers to call to tell you that the appointment was canceled.

Don’t bother coming to this location for passport. I had an appointment came 10 minutes early, lady told me the only person in charge of passports called in sick to go to a walk in location in 1 hour. I went on my lunch time from work. I asked to get scheduled for the next appointment, for the following day she did. Went in, unfortunately I was late 4 minutes and when I told the new attendant, she said she wasn’t sick yesterday. She went back and called the manager I told him I wanted to set up an appointment I wasn’t demanding to get the passport I was just asking to get the passport appointment. He said that it’s all online. I had tried to set up the appointment online, but it kept giving me an error message which is why I had to set up an appointment at a USPS location. Do you think I want to waste my time having to go to a location just to set up an appointment? No.
