Report of Stolen iPhone 17 Pro Max (Value: $1300) – Delivered Inside USPS Facility To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report the theft of my mobile phone, an iPhone 17 Pro Max valued at $1,300, which occurred during the shipping process with USPS. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as “Delivered”; however, I did not receive it. The tracking details indicate that the item was delivered inside the USPS facility, but it never reached me. The package contained a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I have all the necessary purchase and shipping documents to confirm the value and ownership of the device. I strongly believe the item was stolen or misplaced after being scanned as delivered within the USPS location. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and compensation for the lost item. Please let me know what additional documents or information are required to process this claim. Waited twenty minutes for mail pick up, then the employee said he was off the clock, and to wait in the main line. Then after waiting another twenty minutes in the main line, they said the mail pick up is open now so I would have to go over there. So had to go to the back of the line again. Absolutely no respect for customer's time.

The mailman from 1800 sumac ln has about the worst attitude or common sense. I don't even know how he holds a job with this entity this type of behavior represents all of them not just the one. I've seen him start fights, speed down the neighborhood with children present well above speed limits, honking and tailgating people going slow down the neighborhood swerving behind them worst than a drunk driver, kicking planters underneath mail boxes, slamming mailboxes nearly breaking them and worst of all double parking next to double parked vehicles often blocking the only way out or in. If we had a fire or someone needs emergency medical care they are screwed thanks to this type of behavior. In our neighborhoods we have a double parking problem but no one with this low grade IQ or common sense to double park next to double parked vehicles. Numerous of our neighbors are very disappointed as they have gone down to complain, spoken with supervisors, the police has been called and nothing seems to get resolved. I have videos from all of our neighbors coming together to get this issue resolved

When for walk and service that was on the website for Friday between 2 and 3 Post Office complained about low staff and was not able to provide service. I had just previously come from another site that sent me to this one. Once I asked to see the supervisor they were more than happy to help me. It's a one star experience with the 5 star outcome. Also we want to do is get a passport. Persistence is the game with this sort of organization. They seem very grumpy and don't like their job. I would say to them do the best you can don't let how you feel Display on your job performance.
