Jason is extremely patient and helpful. I been using this post office for work since October 2024 and had no problems. Yes lines can get long, but staff is short and life happens. Nataria and Wendy are truly great too. They both are nice and friendly and I appreciate them a lot. Thank you all you do and they all deserve a raise!

Unfortunately you cannot go into the lobby and drop off mail/postcards when it's non-working hours. I came by to drop off a postcard and thought why not buy more postcard postage. I waited in line while a man was trying to get mail from a PO box that he could no longer afford. It was nice to see the patience the employee had for him and got the situation resolved. I received useful information that if you send a postcard that's bigger than the size 1 in my attached photo that you'll need 2 postcard stamps or 1 forever stamp because it's basically the size of a letter. Sadly for me they were out of postcard stamps. I'm still waiting for my online order of postcard stamps for the remaining postcards that would have been returned to sender if I didn't have the additional postcard stamp. I appreciate that you can drop off packages at the parcel drop to the far right once you enter the post office.

They definitely need mor crew because the line is so long. And if they have to add more, hopefully they will find approachable people because the ones that are already there are just very rude.

If ur on ANY kind of time schedule, DO NOT GO HERE. Waited for 30 mins to buy 1 box. 1 employee out. Last 2 minutes I was there 5 staff walk out of the back room. DO BETTER.

This postal office is always so busy. The kiosks didn’t work correctly it didn’t want to take my c/c payment. If you are coming to this postal office make sure you come early morning if not you’re gonna have to wait.
