only two people working and the line was SO long and moved so slow. a third person came out to help but couldn't scan barcodes for drop off??? isn't that the most efficient way to drop off so why is there no self service option. i could do it myself in less than 5 minutes.

Went to drop off some domestic postcards around noon on a Wednesday. Very quick process, no wait, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in a very scenic area too.

Expect to be here for an hour or more if you aren’t just dropping off your letters/packages. It’s criminally understaffed, I’m here multiple times a week to ship packages and there is usually only one person at the counter helping all of Anaheim Hills. The line frequently stretches into the side P.O. Box room and they still don’t open another register to help move the line. I frequently have to go to other post offices because most others have two or three people helping at the front and therefore don’t have the crazy lines.

I had a package getting shipped out of here that was immediately lost. The tracking shows that it never left the facility. I elevated this to USPS management and agents, and they can't get a hold of anyone down there. I sat with my phone ringing on their direct line for this location, but no one picked up. Sadly, even corporate USPS management has said they can't do anything unless someone at this location picks up or responds to their e-mails.

DO NOT TRY TO GET YOUR PASSPORT HERE. Booked an appointment and waited for an hour at identity services, no one said anything or offered to help at all.
