United States Postal Service Distribution Center ONLY

Extremely frustrating experience with the United States Postal Service Distribution Center in Anaheim. My package took two full days just to move from Irvine to Anaheim, which is a very short distance. Tracking barely updated, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. It makes no sense for a package to sit that long between nearby facilities. Customers pay for timely shipping and expect better communication and faster processing. This kind of delay defeats the purpose of Priority Mail and causes unnecessary stress waiting for important packages.

***TRUCKERS**** If your a appointment is early hours at night you can park at N.Brasher st. its the one where the Mercedes dealership is at. Come in the trucker entrance push the button go straight park in front or turn left after the gate park there... Plenty of room to back in safety vest and closed shoes and driver license. Everyone is very nice please be polite.

This is a distribution facility for packages ONLY. No stamped mail is processed here. That mail is processed in Santa Ana distribution center in Santa Ana. They probably process millions of packages here every year so I would expect some of them getting lost in transit. There are no customer windows at this location to process your mail. Don't expect to come here to send your private packages like a regular post office.

I'll give them credit where credit is due, I've never seen a package get processed so fast! Package was sent from Santa Ana to this center and quickly left. Thanks for not being like my local D.C. distribution center. 😖😖

i reclenty ordered a item from ebay and the seller said it should airaved in two days i boought on tuesday and supposed to come on thrusday but its friday now, somhow my package was at this locaiton but they send to another locaiton up north of california and now im wating till satuday. i mean seriosly a pakcage shiped at this lcoation somhow they shiip it to somewhere up north california. instead of my hometown westminster. USPS need to look into this place ive already summit a complent to USPS. and again i feel bad for most of the workers, becuase whoever the manger is should desvred to be fired.
