Slowest post office in Wichita, they don’t even provide the manager on duty or supervisor on duty name where it should be. Save yourself time and don’t use usps!

Only when the African American woman closes at this location , is the only time the doors are locked early before scheduled hours . It would be nice to know what days she works . So we know not to drive out here in that time frame . Or change your hours online. Not surprised that’s she’s the most hostile and least friendly worker out of everyone too . Great energy from everyone else but never from her . Seems to hate the job I’m not sure . Hopefully I can change back to 5 stars when she stops behaving like this and at least tries to be nice. People were here in time today and turned away . No respect for our time .

The postal service has kind people working there but this post office is horribly understaffed, only one person at the counter doing everything. Long lines has me walking out. The government needs to pay the staff more, but get more help for their people and for the public.

Sometimes my mail doesn't even get picked up or delivered for 4 days. Now this time 2 days so far.

They are always late on the mail drop off. Sometimes they even skip my residence. Yet there is no notice saying that there will alternate they route either.
