The folks at this postal location are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. This location is rich in history and offers a lot of services from ground to priority shipping. This location is open 24hrs and mail can be dropped off through the driveway or in the lobby. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Happy Holidays to you all!

I’ve been delivering to this facility for years, and even when the docks are completely empty, it still takes them 3–5 hours to unload. They also take your truck keys during unloading, so you can’t use your AC in the summer heat or stay warm in the winter. I’ve never seen anything like this at other facilities. Other places might have delays when there are lots of trucks in line, but not like this every time.

Wish I could give 0 stars because they sent my package to Omaha, NE instead of distributing it in Wichita, KS! And now it is LOST. Or that's what I assume since it has been in Omaha and has not moved and no one can seem to answer my questions. My package was supposed to arrive in Wichita, KS on Dec, 19th. It was sent from Florida, to Chicago, to Kansas City to Wichita on Dec. 19th (where it sat for 3 days) and then for some ridiculous reason was sent to Omaha, NE on Dec. 21 and now is in limbo. This issue needs to be rectified immediately! Disappointing, disheartening, and has shattered any amount of trust I previously had in the USPS.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the USPS distribution center in Wichita, Kansas, which has left me feeling quite disappointed. Living an hour and a half away, I rely on this facility for timely package deliveries. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered numerous issues that make it one of the worst distribution centers I’ve dealt with. Packages that I’ve sent to this center often sit there for 3 to 4 days without any movement. It’s incredibly frustrating to track a package only to see it stagnate in Wichita. To make matters worse, there have been instances where my packages were mistakenly sent to another state, only to be rerouted back to Wichita. This unnecessary detour not only delays delivery but also adds to the confusion surrounding my shipments. It raises questions about the efficiency and management of this distribution center. I can't help but wonder who they are hiring and if proper training is being provided. There seems to be a lack of accountability and organization that needs urgent attention. I truly hope that USPS takes the necessary steps to address these issues, as it’s crucial for customers to receive their packages in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, my experience with the Wichita USPS distribution center has been disappointing, and I sincerely hope improvements are made soon.

I mailed a card to Cleveland, OK and to Sapulpa, OK from the main P.O. on Harry St. It took 5 days for them to get there. I could have drove there and delivered them in 2 or 3 hours! Very poor service!
