Last night my family of 4 attended the passport event because it was impossible to make an appointment anywhere else. This was our only chance to get passports since both parents have to be available and weekdays wont allow my and children to attend. This was apparently the first event of this kind and it was terribly disorganized. We arrived at 3:41pm for the event that starts at 4pm and runs until 8pm and it was already chaotic. We sigbed in and had no idea what was going on. Not a single name was called until 5pm because they decided to process everyone who needed their photos taken first and there was zero communication about whatvwas going on. They completely disregard the sign in sheet until they were done processing photos so everyone who came in late and needed photos were processed before those of us who came prepared. That pissed of a lot of people. When they did finally finish with photos and started the list nobody could hear names being called. They could have used numbers or we could have even used cell phones like at the DMV. It would have even been easy enough to just let us put our phone number on the sign in sheet and allow us to sit in our car and wait instead of being forced to stand or sit on the floor for 5 and a half hours for an event that only was supposed to last 4 hours. There were no bathrooms or food or water available. Around 7pm a man came out and offered bottles of water but still no bathroom access. You literally had to drive down the street and use a bathroom a block away but no way in hell was anyone leaving and risk missing their name being called. Kids were crying and people were pissing outside. Cell phones were dieing and people were getting really upset. Eventually our name was called and we went back and met with TJ who processed our children's passports and she is the sole reason for the 5 star review. If it wasn't for her, I would have given zero stars if it was possible. We came fully prepared with everything we thought we needed but TJ caught a couple things that we apparently missed even though we had dozens of pages of paperwork and photocopies. She was friendly and pleasant the entire time even though we know other customers abused her before we got to her counter. She is a definite asset to her team and I truly hope she is appreciated. We didn't leave until almost 8pm and there were probably still 50 or more people still waiting. I'm sure future events will be more organized and I hope TJ will be there for them. Some people shouldn't work with the public but she was amazing all the way. 5 STARS FOR TJ!

People there are nice but the processes are horrible. I sent a Large Priority Mail Box to a relative in New York on Jan 2. It was supposed to arrive on Jan 6. Come Jan 6, it was not there. On Jan 8, I found a tracking notification that the package was in Guam—3800 miles west of Hawaii!!! I filed an inquiry and was told it may have been placed in an incorrect bin…ya think?! The package finally made it to NY on Jan 15 and USPS denied any compensation for this. I paid for the parcel, but I also paid for the priority delivery timeframe. I’ve been sending packages this way for 12 years, they just lost this customer.

I had a serious event happen friday 2/27/26 while trying to get my passport! SHANNON told me my birth certificate was not correct so I needed to order a new one. She TOLD ME what link to go to, she had me complete it there in the post office while sitting at Diamond's desk. (although it was SHANNON calling the shots), and in the end I was made to pay 125$ to a SCAM company, FOURTH party company that then alerted the real vital records company to send me a bill for thwir processes, for my birth certificate!!! It ended up being 2 companies I was charged a fee to after filling out 1 webpage, and neither are the correct agencies to even get my birth certificate from.. This is money and time I don't have. I had to cancel my freaking credit card for fraud because the company doesn't even have a working phone number to dispute the charge with them! I am completely on my own with all this and the amount of dark I was led into by just walking into this place is not only appalling and traumatizing, but its WRONG. And I am still trying to resolve this. Update: Shannon was in charge of handling my complaint so you can imagine how that went! This place needs to seriously be investigated!!!

Been going here since 1991 paying for tracking in person to support humans over online automation. 26Feb-Asian clerk with the most seniority is the best! Caucasian clerk is very quiet, but great. I avoid this particular African clerk for their frequent discriminatory attitude, rude guest treatment, oversights, lack luster quality assurances & their entitled attitude. Please assign another African clerk & send this one to another site or out on routes. Giving Mr Brown a bad rep. ——— Love management here. Always receptive to resolving challenges or concerns.

I would not recommend this location for first-time passport applicants. I had a 6:00 PM appointment, but I wasn’t able to apply until 7:45 PM. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. The staff member was very rushed and spoke quickly, which made it hard to follow instructions. I also wasn’t informed when the process was finished and ended up waiting unnecessarily. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
