Thank you to 'Jewel' and other lady at the 'Meadow Mesa' Post Office (blue pick up door) in N Las Vegas. I had a two packages on one Amazon order that were split into two separate delivery days. My packages were supposed to be, "Hold For Pick Up" but were mislabeled and about to be sent back. They were very helpful and concerned enough to make sure that I did receive them. I recently visited the post office and had a mixed but overall positive experience. The line to pick up mail was quite long, but the staff was efficient in processing everyone, so it moved along at a decent pace. The line for shipping packages was much shorter, but I wasn’t initially directed there. Thankfully, a kind patron noticed and helped me by pointing me to the correct line, which made the process quicker. One thing I did notice was that they no longer provide extra tape to help seal packages, which was a bit of a disappointment, especially after walking four miles to get there. However, the staff was still friendly and helpful, and the overall visit was smooth despite a few minor inconveniences. I appreciate their service.

The only good thing about the USPS is that you have the ability to skip the line by using the kiosk. The problem is the kiosk is constantly broken. This is the second time I've come here and it is not working. Therefore, forcing you to wait in the horrendous lines with the horrendous people working this place. This place is not a Parcel Postal Service; it's a Partial Torture Service. I hate taking anything to this place that is not a ballot for elections. That is all.

This post office advertises they have self service printing for shipping labels, and shipping labels in general. They however do not offer those services. This post office does not offer shipping labels for the packages they are shipping. They in fact told me to go to the UPS store to get a shipping label. Impressive stuff. The lines are always backed up to the doors.

The energy was very welcoming once my son and I came in there. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Joseph, and from there he took care of what I needed all while remaining professional which is very scarce these days. When I look at the professionalism that he and his colleague next to him provided, I said we should've been coming here all along. If you want a post office that treats you like a human being instead of a regular customer/number I would definitely say this is the post office location which provides all you need with a smile which will leave you smiling in the end like they had my son and I doing when we left.... 🤓🤗🙏🙏
