Absolutely ridiculous. If your posted hours say you close at 5:00 PM, then you should still be serving customers until 5:00 PM—not locking the doors 20 minutes early because people want to go home. I had an important package that I needed for work. Tracking showed it was delivered, and I rushed over there, arriving at 4:40 PM, only to find the doors already locked. What is the point of having business hours if employees are going to ignore them? This is a government service. People rely on it for important documents, packages, and time-sensitive matters. Closing early is unprofessional, disrespectful, and a waste of people’s time. If the hours say 5:00 PM, then stay open until 5:00 PM. Do your job and respect the hours you advertise, if not quit your your job if it’s so miserable that you need to go home right away.

First time I'm using USPS service at this location and it went pretty disappointing only because of the impolite and rude manner of this old lady at the counter having filipino accent, speaks pretty loud and rough to customers instead of being polite and humble. I will not go back to this location again to use usps services just to ruin my day and my mood. Other than that everything else is just fine at this USPS location.

I have to come to this location because my main location burned 🔥 down in August 2025. And things have been very disappointing! Very slow customer service after 3pm. Also during the work week there should be at least 2 people in the from Mondays to Fridays because 2 branches are under 1 location now until further notice. This is very disappointing!

I had a really positive experience at USPS today thanks to adimika. She brought great energy to the counter, was extremely helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing. Even with a line building up, she stayed organized, kept things moving, and handled each customer with patience and professionalism.

Enter through the first driveway since the parking lot is one way only. Full service, but they don't have very many clerks, so the line is very long. Waited 20 minutes to buy stamps. The clerk I had was nice, though. There isn't a self-service machine to weigh packages or otherwise get paid postage.
