I've noticed that some employees' interactions and attitudes can come across as abrupt or unfriendly, which affects the overal! experience. Additionally, the service, particularly at the pickup area, has been quite slow, with waits of over 30 minutes without anyone approaching. Even those ahead of me are still waiting to be served. It's important to focus on providing courteous and efficient service to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

This is such a terrible USPS location. Incredibly long lines and slow workers. There was only one clerk in the front, and a line that stretched to the entrance already. A second clerk showed up and I swear she was stalling to avoid taking me as a customer. Slowly rearranging papers and stapling them, then putting them aside and under the table and bring it back up to the table. Right when the first clerk finished with the customer and called me forward she was magically available and called the next customer right after. It honestly felt targeted and felt entirely personal based on her biases. Also, this post office is clearly in worse shape than other offices. I was at the Russell Road location earlier and it was way cleaner and less depressing

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this location, the employees were very kind to me! I had to buy a stamped envelope to send out ($1.10, not bad) and they were quick and easy to get my errand done. They were also funny, 2 employees had some side banter while helping me and I found them very pleasant and friendly. Also, super helpful.

This place is the slowest post. Office for as my service. Their desk are clutter dirty the service clerk are so slow they don't feel like working. Accept one. This De Facto Post office needs change for better and quick customer service when all counter are open there should be no line of people regardless of any service.

The girl working the register made what should’ve been a 1-minute task stretch into a monster of an undertaking. I came in a few minutes after they opened and there was nobody in line. She did not even look up from her phone when I said good morning, and when she finally did, she sighed as she said, “what do you want? Sorry, I was just finishing watching that TikTok.” I’ve come to expect less than the bare minimum service from the post office but this level of rudeness is honestly a bit jarring even for their evidently non-existent standards. She was annoyed that I asked about how quickly I can expect my package to get there given the delays, and criticized how I wrote the address “wrong” so my envelope (I put the unit number on a separate line from the street address…) Morning a bit ruined but lesson learned - will drive a bit farther to a different location if I ever need to use them again.
