It is unfortunate that I have to leave this review considering there are a few employees here that are awesome. Kevin and one of the ladies (I think her name started with a D) here are always very kind, patient, and professional. I have seen them get yelled at by very impatient customers and they handled it very well. They need a raise. I do wish they had a sign that if customers come in yelling, they have to leave because it's a consistent issue. That being said, this is the second time I've come to this location and have felt aggression from some of the other employees. Very belittling and unprofessional behavior, unprompted. I am going to avoid this location as much as possible and an looking into shipping with other carriers for my business. I have fragile packages and the line of communication for how they are delivered needs to be professional. This is a service I am paying for.

My package states it was delivered. It was NOT delivered to MY address as I have yet to receive my item. There is nobody answering phone calls. This is the THIRD time this has happened. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place needs some help. They don’t even try to surge more employees when the rush of the day arrives. One lady just leaves the front service area and leaves a customer standing there. The line is out the front door and one lady is left to do everything.

Racist establishment. I sent my sister in law in to deliver a package at the silver window, and luckily I was on ft with her during this. My SIL is deaf and Hispanic. A skinny, black, male, in all black came out of the side window yelling and waving at her about being loud. She tried saying she was deaf and the guy said “if you break the door I’m gonna call ICE” I had her show me the silver door on ft and it had no damage on it. He definitely should not be working there if he’s going to call ICE on disabled LEGAL citizens for being loud.

This disgraceful post office only has one person working during the rush-hour in the weeks leading up to Christmas. With a line stretching out the door.
