Honestly, this is one of the best post offices I’ve ever been to. There’s a massive parking lot so there’s always parking. all the people are extremely friendly and not forcibly friendly. They look genuinely happy to help people and I’ve never experienced any really long lines this place should honestly be five stars whoever left any bad reviews was having a bad day. Shameful.

Divine Intentions a month ago

I got to the post office at 8:05am & I did not realize they opened up at 8:30am stood patiently in line waiting for them to open I was the second person in line then as soon as my turn was up the old bald Asian with glasses maybe he is philopeano when I gave him my pink slip, he gave it back to me saying your in the wrong line mind you the line I suppose to be in was at least 15 ppl in the line, putting me to the end of the line , he did not have any care about me getting there early, I did not knowI was in the wrong line I was just happy I was the second on in line he was rude inconsiderate & the reason I really hate I have to ever come back to this location it’s always crowded & to wait patiently & the cashier is rude inconsiderate of my time because he has to be here for hrs he could care less about me waiting 2hrs & 25 min to pick up my letter. He literally started helping people in the line he moved me to once the lady his co worker needed help & the line I was previous in was cleared. I truly HATE coming to this post office and he just confirmed my feelings. He literally made me wait just to be on a power trip & flex the little power he has! This is a big problem

Poor customer service. They are understaffed and have very bad attitudes all the time. I don’t understand how they even work for the post office like did they get interviewed and were hired like you are the best choice. Unbelievable 🤣

This place certainly offers everything you need: cards, boxes, labeling, workstation, and p.o. boxes. Suffice it to say, it is government run and they run at their own pace. It should be noted that they are very polite and helpful when you finally get some help! I would say that most of the delays actually come from customers not knowing common sense things, like address labeling, how to properly package, or even how to use a credit card. Pro tip: know to whom you want it sent to, and how fast you want it there, at the least!

Not sure why this location has negative reviews. Everytime I walk into this location, there is rarely any wait time. Staff is friendly and attentive. Im usually in-and-out within a few minutes. No location in the Vegas Valley runs this smoothly. Could be location, but either way, this location deserves positive remarks.
