Two employees at the near end post office pick up area were very rude and disrespectful by harassing us with inappropriate names!! Did not want to help us and were very angry that they had to do their job and that we rang the doorbell twice. Slammed the window on us after talking back without providing their names and laughing after insulting me and my elderly father. Has no respect for their customers please do not go here if you want to be treated like dirt!! One was a very short African American female with long braids to her hip and the other one was very tall with black dreads to his chin with no beard. It seems like they have not been properly disciplined at the workplace to be speaking any kind of way to people. I’m not sure how management deals with their employees but they are not being held accountable for their actions!!!

I visited this location to drop off prepaid packages for my small business. During my visit, I used the USPS blue collection box as I normally do. These metal drop boxes often make loud noises when the handle snaps back, and at times small packages become temporarily wedged in the chute. It is common for the flap to require a couple of attempts before the package fully drops. For my last package, I believed the size might exceed what the box could easily accept, so I approached the front counter. The package had already been scanned at the self-service kiosk, and I had my receipt. However, the clerk at the desk refused to take the package. I returned to the self-service drop box and was ultimately able to place the package inside. As I was finishing, an employee suddenly rushed toward me and yelled for me to stop. His tone was aggressive, and he stood extremely close to me in a way that felt intimidating and unprofessional. It appeared he was reacting to the noise made by the metal drop box, which is normal given its design and age. This interaction was alarming and unacceptable. While I understand the equipment can be loud, there was no reason for the employee to approach me in such a confrontational manner. A calm explanation using a respectful tone and neutral body language would have been the appropriate response.

I personally came to this location in person and filled out the paperwork to change my address. Made it aware I am moving from my apartment. Weeks later I did not receive any mail to my new address confirming my new address or anything. Also USPS doesn’t have anything about my address change. Now I have important mail and packages that I can not receive. I took time I was short on already to handle changing my address. Did they just throw it away?

This place certainly gets busy, but there are three very friendly and patient workers who do their best to keep the attitude positive and the line moving along. Although they certainly move as fast as can be expected for a government entity, they can't help if the customers don't know what they need, and are completely unprepared to help themselves!

Does everyone know how to read over there? Two different names and 2 totally different address on 1 piece of paper. Lake Havasu is in Arizona not Las Vegas. My mail person and the people that sorts out the mail needs to read names also. If there was a way to give u guys no stars I would have.
