I came here to send out a package for the first time ever, about a week ago. Monique, (who was very professional and lovely by the way) was patient, understanding, and non judgmental despite me being unprepared lol, Thank you Monique.

This review is really for one of the workers there. I didn’t catch her name but she’s a young black woman. (I hate identifying people by just their ethnicity but with the uniforms and no name I have no other way to describe her. I’m sorry!) She was there alone and this post office is usually pretty busy. She was dealing with mail being picked up and a line. And with all of that going on she wasn’t short or rushing people. She was super sweet & helpful. I hope you’re paying her well! No one should be there alone.

Absolutely useless USPS location. No drop box — at a post office — which is honestly impressive in the worst way possible. The entire point of USPS is mail, yet somehow this place manages to make mailing something as inconvenient and time-wasting as possible. Slow, disorganized, and completely detached from the idea of customer service. If you enjoy standing around wondering why a federally funded operation can’t handle the bare minimum, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. At this point, shutting it down and putting a vending machine in its place would be a net improvement. Zero stars if that were an option.

Closed just about every time I come here, then they have a long line when they finally open back up. I’m sure they’re understaffed so management just needs to do the right thing and hire more people

DAVID our Local Mailman 89122 went above and beyond for our important docs that we was waiting for last week for us to receive for our customer, it got lost somewhere over the weekend . He made sure he got it resolved . he found our docs and brought it to us 1st thing IN the morning. We so appreciate everything he did for us to get things done. We closed our Deal and everyone is Happy .
