I lost a very valuable package that I dropped off at Postnet to ship USPS priority mail. The owner doesn’t scan the label but the pickup driver does. It turns out the pickup driver didn’t scan and now the package is lost. I can’t even file a claim because the post office has no record of the package has been picked up.

The mail carrier comes when they feel like it and my coupon are always missing and I have to always call for missing mail. When I go up there they can never find people mail they always have an attitude

It's a shame that this happens with this postal company. My wife ordered something through Amazon and I personally received the package and when I opened it, there was only a brown paper inside.The Amazon Prime tape was ripped and they put a brown tape over it. Yesterday I ordered a couple of things through Amazon as well and in the package tracking they say they couldn't get in because the residence was closed, which is totally false. The other order says it wasn't delivered due to an animal disturbance. They're apartments, and no one has loose pets. I went to ask, and the response was that the package was being delivered again.They're irresponsible and disrespectful. They're gifts for our families, and unfortunately, they don't arrive on time due to poor logistics.

I live on Kell Ln and our mail person throws mail al over the ground also he refuses to take mail that has been marked “return to sender”. All the mail I just picked up off the ground was all marked “return to sender”. The guy is a jerk and needs to find a different job.

I go here because it’s close to my house. Today I went in and waited patiently for an hour to get my packages scanned. Once it was my turn the employee said she wouldn’t scan my packages and to go to another usps. She really couldn’t take 3 minutes to scan my packages. Seriously never had a problem like this before. This employee took 5 minutes looking for peoples items and she didn’t have time to scan packages. I usually go when Jessica is working. Jessica is always so helpful and she was the one who told me to ask to get my packages scanned especially since I have a few. I wish these employees were more like Jessica. I’m super friendly and understanding but waiting an hour just for the employee to deny that was so disrespectful. I just stayed quiet and dropped them off. Super unprofessional!
