I made an appointment for my first time application on a passport. My wife wanted to redo her photo for her renewal due to a name change. She didn’t like her Walgreens photo so we figured we would ask if the appointment could squeeze her in. Not only did ANGELA help me out with fast and easy service, she also helped my wife with the new photo. The kicker, she also helped mail her renewal on the spot. I know there are mixed reviews anywhere you go. But I always say you have to experience it for yourself. Impeccable service and great experience. If you need help ask for ANGELA.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled passport appointment and was told to wait 20–30 minutes. However, even after waiting for over an hour, no staff member came to assist with my passport application. When I asked for clarification, the response I received was simply, “We don’t know.” This lack of organization and accountability is highly unprofessional. Time is valuable, and keeping people waiting without clear communication shows little respect for customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both efficiency and service standards.

Was just yelled at by the supervisor! I moved and had to request my mailbox key from this location over a month ago! I requested 11/1/25 and was told i would get a call that it was ready. After 3 weeks i went to see if it was ready and was told it would take 3 weeks! That guy treated me like i was stupid. I went again just now 12/3/25 1 month and 3 days later and was given the same run around. I asked to speak to supervisor, he answered the door and yelled at me telling me to let him do his job!!?!?? I would not have to speak to him had he done his job! He made it seem like i was keeping him from making my key…that i requested over a month ago. Go elsewhere if you can…i do not recommend this location to anyone.

I went to this location today to mail my Christmas packages. Mary welcomed me with a friendly greeting. I had 4 packages and Mary was professional and very thorough. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Mary for bringing some Christmas cheer.

I havent been receiving my usual volume of mail. Our Complex Mail Box's have been broken into several times and before that my box wouldn't close all the way. I have had several confirmed deliveries to my box, with nothing in it. Credit Cards and Checks with Confirmed Deliveries and Nothing. Our Mail Person has Failed to Lock Boxes Several Times, and it looks like Nothing is being done about it. I'm wondering if I will have to Reach Higher Management with my concerns. It doesn't feel like our area USPS has been really tries to fix the issues. I have been successful in Putting a Hold on my Mail Once, but since then my Account has been Disabled. I will be Perusing this until somthing is done!
