First Ti n ecI has been here in the afternoon, as I usually go in the evening. T he place was fairly busy. I was here to getba stamp ftom the b vending machine and nail my.payment. There was lady mail8ng bilk.boxes, do she was priting labels from the vending kiosk There was a mam flitting about o ut and ask if yhe woman iglf everything was ok. Another o person entered and he answered a question of hers. He tgen turned to mm e and ask if I'm familiar with the kiosk. He must be c a manager or at least a lead at this pist office. He seems to be genuinely customer ser ice oriented. Maybe he's tge reason the kiosks hasn't been down in quite some tine. For awhile, it seemedon every other visit the kiosk was out of order. I can best describe this gentleman as in what looks to be a Caucasian in his early 60's. He's awesome. If it helps yo n identify him, I come on a Wednesday between 2pm.& 3:pm. He was not wearing the postal shirt tgat thise behind tge counter wear. He was in c asusl business attire. Just letting people know things were running smoothly.becsuse of h I overseeing that customers are hus priority.

This is the best post office ever! When a line formed, the postmaster himself came over and offered to help. Every staff member was kind and greeted us with a smile. Carlos, who assisted us, was knowledgeable and incredibly kind. It was a truly memorable and warm welcome for us. Thank you so much!! You made our day wonderful!

Pretty busy today which is understandable because this is one of the locations that is open later on Saturdays. With that being said they should look into having more employees work on Saturday. The line was too long to only have 2 people working the counter. We ended up using the self serve kiosk which saved a lot of time.

Made an appointment for a passport and completed all the paperwork prior to arriving. I was assisted by a man name Felix and received the worst service provided. I was told that my child’s passport could not list two moms therefore I would have to redo all the paperwork which in the state of Texas it’s perfectly legal to have to parents if the same sexual orientation. You should not have closed mind individuals working or teach them to get their closed minded thoughts to themself.

Picked up a load out trailer for TQL from Bowman in Jacksonville, FL to this facility. The tire didn't last more than ~500 miles and the customer doesn't care. "You drove it, you fix it." Should we have magically squeezed the trailer and put it on the passenger seat in order not to drive it?? This doesn't make sense. As a result, we are held accountable for the bad tire and had to pay for fixing it $511.55 Do NOT take their trailers unless you are willing to fix their equipment at your cost.
