Rude employee was too lazy to scan packages separately didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt with my tracking information until I asked for it. The issue arose when on the receipt it showed someone else’s tracking information as well as mine because he weighed both together giving my package the same weight as the other persons at 2lb 3.80 oz when I told him that wasn’t my items weight he kept saying it didn’t matter because it was a prepaid label. Giving someone else’s tracking information to another person is a violation of privacy and raises safety concerns but then randomly grouping peoples packages and in putting the wrong weight just shows the lack of service.

Bad experience: he wouldn't let my husband get a word in to explain his situation. Said there might be multiple reasons why we didn’t get our mail, but didn’t conclude why. I asked him to check if we had any mail, and he said they don't carry mail Shockingly, they don’t have any mail in a post office it was at that moment. I realized that Mike was gonna be no help at all.

I’ve had packages delivered to my home before same address. Now they saying that I have be verified about my address and when I call all I get is the 1-800 number instead of the post office itself. Makes no sense when I have put the building and number of my apartment on each package and never had this problem til now. And now I have no clue where my package is.

April who works at the front desk is extremely rude. I had my hand out to get the letter and she put it on the desk. Customer service like this is a disgrace and the employees here need training on social skills.

Myself and three other customers showed up and the doors were locked and lights off. Apparently this location tends to close early. That is completely fine but maybe you should adjust your hours of operation. Do better USPS Clark location.
