The guy named Jorge he so sweet!! He literally always so chill and very fast ! As soon as he hears the bell 🔔 from the door he immediately come out and stops what he doing and helps ! Tysm keep this guy!!! def sweet!!

The place on the outside looks like it abandoned , but its not. The place is fully functional. I guess it worked in my favor as I didn't have to wait long to ship my package. The postal clerk was very friendly and serviceable. Will be my go to spot, when I have to send stuff near my job.

Female postal clerk about in her 50-70s needs better customer service maybe smile more seems very bothered when a customer walks in and straight up attitude do better plz.

This location is great and super convenient. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I wish the hours at this location were longer and/or that they would add a package drop off kiosk because I often am not able to go during the short open hours (currently 10 am-1pm). If my package is larger than 4x4 it doesn't fit in the drop chute. I think that would increase the business here as well.

I, like someone else thought this Post Office is closed. I just found out two weeks ago that it is still open. This Post Office has modified hours. It is open Monday - Friday from 10:00am-1:00pm. The postal worker I met was very kind and helpful. It is located on Pierce St. off Grayson. Very convenient for those who live near Government Hill and IH 35 near Ft. Sam.
