I have had mixed experiences here. Some employees are wonderful, and some are lacking. It depends on the day and who is helping you. What prompted me to write this review is what happened today - as I was checking out, the card reader asked what I would rate my experience. Before I could even answer, the employee helping me selected “good” because she wanted positive feedback. I would have answered that as well if she had not robbed me of my response. I really did not appreciate that.

I cannot get a human to speak to, my VA prescription shows delivered and it was not. I received my other mail except for that package. I keep getting the annoying recording saying it shows it was scanned and delivered. They sent a link as well and it gave me the same information! How do I file a complaint!? Going to report this!

As a small business owner, I could not operate without this post office. The staff is always friendly and helpful, there's a kiosk just outside of the main area if you need something quick (I use it to weigh and mail packages to clients or buy a few stamps), and they have a variety of P.O. boxes to suit your needs. I've been using this post office for 14 years, and want to thank everyone at this location for helping my business thrive.

I’ve consistently had a very good experience here, and have found the employees to be courteous and professional. Once there was a snafu with an overseas package not being delivered to me due to an incorrectly written address. Instead of sending the package back to the sender, the workers at this USPS location quickly tracked down my package and delivered it to me later that same day. I really appreciated that. On another occasion, they took care in hand processing my wedding invitations, all of which ended up being delivered without issue. Thanks USPS! :)

I came in and the line was short, I was able to mail my package quickly and staff was nice during my visit.
