I had an excellent experience with customer service. The line was small, and the staff were very patient. They explained to me the cheapest way to send my mail. I also want to commend Iris, who works at the front desk. One customer was quite rude, but Iris handled the situation with professionalism and composure. She finished assisting the difficult customer very well, and I want to give her kudos for her outstanding service.

This used to be the better of the USPS but today with the staff there, Trump shoudl just close this USPS down since employees do not want to work. Never had an issue with getting a passport from here but the male cutomer service and the rest of theteam at 11:46am 3-2-26 dont offer customer service as they had in the past. Look if you guys dont want to be helpful then just find another job. Just witness people being sent out right and left and no service. I am glad I use clik n ship so I dont have to deal with people who do not want to be in customer service.

Wish I could give negative stars. I will not be coming back to this festering filth-facility again. Had an appointment to get a passport for my newborn. Not easy to coordinate since both and my wife have to be there. We were on time. The clerk told us we needed photocopies of both our IDs and baby's birth certificate. This was not mentioned in the appointment scheduler; only that we needed to have these items (we did). The clerk told us if we could get them, she'd hold the appointment for us for 15 minutes. We made it back with five minutes to spare. Unfortunately, the clerk decided that she wanted to take an early lunch, so she told us that it would be up to the next clerk whether she could accommodate us. The next clerk was late. Two other people showed up to get a passport, one of whom was on her lunch break and was understandably upset--WE have to be on time, but apparently the appointments are meaningless as far as the post office clerks are concerned. The new clerk showed up a half an hour late and started working through folks. By this time, my wife had been waiting with our infant for almost an hour. The new clerk rejected the application of the woman in front of us on some technicality, so, to her credit, she tried to squeeze us in. We got up there and... "Oh the copies of your IDs need to be front and back and on four separate sheets of paper." Wow. That would've been nice to know BEFORE we scrambled to get them. I guess the first clerk would've rejected our application, anyway? Mebbe good that she took a lunch break because I would've been had some choice words for her if that'd been the case. The new clerk told us she could take us as a walk-in the next day. LOL y'all can't even take care of your appointments on time; you think we're gonna trust you to take us as a walk-in? With an infant? Get real. I'll make another appointment. Somewhere else. I've supported the USPS my whole life. No more. I hope y'all get defunded completely and all get laid off.

I wanted to leave this review even though my visit was a while back. When I went to the Medical Center Post Office, the woman who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Her customer service really stood out and made the experience smooth and pleasant. She even gave me a receipt to complete a survey, which I unfortunately misplaced. I hope this review still reaches her because she truly deserves the recognition.

This post office refused to give me a receipt for my pre-paid label. They said they refuse to scan and give receipts at the counter because they don't want to "hold up the line". They told me to use the self-service kiosk. I told them that does NOT count as an official scan. They insisted it did. I went to another post office and they confirmed prepaid packages MUST be scanned by an employee to be considered officially in the system. I hope somebody in USPS is reading these reviews and fixes the misinformation being spread at this location.
