I mail packages to my grandkids in San Antonio & this is their post office. Several times they go missing for days after tracking says they are out for delivery. Most recently, (2/13/2026) it was delivered in a parcel locker,but no key was put in the mail box. Either, they didn't actually deliver the package, or, they put the key in the wrong mailbox. So we are at the mercy of whom ever has the key. From now on I'll be using UPS.

The delivery person claimed the package had been delivered... but it was in the apartment's small mailbox—a mailbox that couldn't possibly fit the package. How could an informed delivery service claim it was delivered? I went to the post office, and the mail and parcel staff patiently helped me search. Thankfully, I found it, avoiding a loss. The delivery person didn't put the package in the giant parcel locker or leave a receipt in the small mailbox saying I had to pick it up at the post office.

I needed to stop in at a US Post Office to get a roll of stamps and also mail some packages. I chose the site at the Huebner and Lockhill Selma Rd location. This location, at this time of the day, 9:30 am, in the morning was moderately busy today. However, if you have some patience, you will see they add staff members to service the window areas, as needed. Please note that staffing augmentations are dependent upon how long the line is and how many staff are on hand. I noticed that the team working at this location is very professional, cordial to their customers, and provided quick service. I hope your experience is as good as mine, if you need to visit this location.

I can only speak on my experiences and they have literally been great every time. Fast and very friendly. Even fun small chat. Appreciate their upbeat attitudes.

A VERY NICE lady took care of us for passport issues. Did not get her name, but she was really nice and effective. No issues, excellent...will definitely go back here in the future!
