This is THE worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They are incompetent, rude and inconsistent. I had to receive packages from USPS on two separate occasions and each time they couldn’t deliver my packages on time. The first time, it was “too heavy” but my apartment complex has elevators. Leaving me to bring the package myself, 8 months pregnant since my husband was still overseas. The second time, they stated they couldn’t access the delivery location but I received a package from Amazon the same day with no issues. The package was time sensitive and they couldn’t care less. I wish I could avoid dealing with this post office all together. Throw the whole building AWAY !!!!

I know that most government employees have that downtrodden, almost a miserable, look; however, Janine, was excellent in assisting me today. She let me know the least expensive way to send my oversized letters and knew her craft well enough to ensure that I got the right services for what I needed. Hats off to Janine!

Extremely disappointed with the experience at this post office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and dismissive. We had an appointment to renew my daughter’s passport — confirmed and on time — yet when it was finally our turn, we were told that all evening appointments had been canceled with no explanation whatsoever. No notice, no apology, and no effort to help us reschedule. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when families take time out of their day for something as important as a passport renewal. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how poorly customers are being treated here.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. There is a woman who works at this USPS location (an African American lady) who has been consistently rude to me every time I visit. She never speaks politely, doesn’t try to help, and often dismisses me by saying “I can’t help you” without even trying. I truly believe that if you work in a place that serves the public, you should be professional and respectful to everyone, no matter where they come from or what they look like. I always come in politely, and I leave feeling disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously. Customers deserve fair and respectful treatment.

I had an appointment for a passport earlier and got there at roughly 12:50 for my 12:45-1pm appointment and sat and waited for 20 minutes to be helped (the lady had people in there she was helping and I didn’t want to be rude). Only for them to tell me they will not help me due to me not being there at 12:20 pm, which mind you wasn’t the time I had my appointment. Not only were each of the 3 workers, 1 woman and 2 men I dealt with today rude, but highly unprofessional, more concerned about “taking a break” than helping someone during the time frame they had an appointment. I am highly dissatisfied and frankly felt disrespected.
