Pinky Carter 2 months agoMy visit today was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I went to mail my mother's day gifts off to my family and friends. I hadn't been to this location in a long while, and after today I hope not to return. Its was busy and unorganized and things were not in placed (labels & boxes) that I needed. I walked up and asked a teller and he looked and answered me like I was bothering him. Then when it was my turn to send my items off, the teller Deantie I think his name was. He was not pleasant 😔 at all, almost rude even. He didn't greet me or say hello when I walked up, just looked at me. I laid my items on the counter beside him, but I still had to hand him each one that was right there. He would reach to put them on the scale. He didn't ask if I needed any stamps or anything else. Never asked how I wanted to send my items but I had to tell him as he weighed them. He was just having a bad day, I guess. But thats no needs to take it out on the customers. When I was done, he didn't tell me the date of delivery on anything i mailed or say good bye, thank you nothing. He was flat out just rude to me for no reason. I left there feeling really disrespected by this dude and unwelcome. I normally go to the post office on Huebner weekly. So I know the process of which things run and this dude did none of them. I was in the area so I went to this location but I wont again.
Eduardo Figuera 8 months agoThese offices are extremely irresponsible. I’m a new resident in the Silverado area near Timberwood, and I’ve already been one month without a mailbox key. Some of my neighbors have told me they’ve been waiting up to five months for theirs, which shows a serious lack of organization. This incompetence has caused me to miss important personal matters, since I can’t receive my mail on time. I constantly have to go to the office to pick it up, and many times they don’t even have it there, because they say the driver has it. To this day, no one has told me when I’ll get my new mailbox key, and I’m still waiting without any help. Every time I go to the office to talk about this issue, there are too many people, the staff is neither professional nor courteous, and no one actually resolves the problem.
Jordan Glynn 5 months agoLet me start off by saying I have never once written a complaint. I hate those people, but this situation has left me no choice. My husband and I moved to stone oak 5 months ago in a townhouse rental. September 2025 we were told to get our mailbox keys at this location. The staff here does not care about their job and have been very rude and argumentative when I have asked for updates on our key situation. It went from blaming teens for destroying mailboxes, then saying our mailman was injured, then saying the keys are on back order and they will for sure be here end of January. Today I got nothing. Nobody knows what is going on here & I have heard excuses every time I have come to this location as to why we still don’t have access to our mailbox. That being said we rely on this post office to hold our mail. Today I left empty handed no key no mail and the last time I checked our mail was a month ago. I have a package with tracking that shows it was delivered here. All I got was attitude “sorry no key no mail try later”. I called our leasing office Alamar & she stated they came in last week and told the lady’s up front they are no longer holding our whole community’s mail and are no longer making our keys. Our leasing office went to this location to clear up this situation to help us have access to our mailbox and of course they had no idea. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I just want to have access to my Mail. You know this is a bad situation when my whole community is having to write formal complaints. I have heard once you write a formal complaint your mail suddenly shows up at your door. I understand everyone has to work to make money to survive… but there comes a point when you are so miserable at a job you don’t care about and take it out on other human beings. This situation needs to be addressed and this location needs to reevaluate. Please I am begging you to find our packages and make our mailbox keys so we can access our mail like everyone else.
Inga Windley 4 months agoMichael, the Clerk, is friendly, professional, and has gone above and beyond to assist with a difficult situation with our mailbox. He put as at ease and while our box is being repaired he makes our day! :) He is absolutely an asset to your organization.
Christian B 5 months agoProbably the worst post office experience. Beautiful facility but poor customer service. Planned our family’s day around arriving for their passport walk-in service listed online as 3-4pm on Tues/Thurs only to be greeted by a taped sign that said “no more passport service walk-ins” and an unhappy staff members explanation.
