Had to spend 25 minutes with the USPS 1800 number agent to get the local number to this station. Of course nobody answers it and the voice mail is not set up. With customer service like this is it any wonder USPS is losing relevancy.

My package was left at a neighbor's house destroyed. The same day I went to ask about it the clerk lied and said the mail carrier had it. It was delivered 3 days prior. They did it on purpose not to scan it as delivered. I don't trust this location

Just got off the phone with Miss Whitney very rude. Just kept talking over me anytime I ask a question. She anticipated to speak over me Astro several times to just give me somebody else if she has a problem with letting me finish my sentences. She then got more of an attitude And started rushing me off the phone. If you don’t like your job go get another job.

My daughter had an appointment for her passport we arrived super early and the guy didn't hesitate to help us right away. Took my daughters photo and the rest of the process by super fast. Very pleased with the service.

The only staff member who was helpful was Andrew Guy. He handled the problem quickly and respectfully while helping with my sibling’s passport application. Unfortunately, my experience with the other staff was negative, as their behavior came across as unprofessional and discriminatory.
