I used to love to come to this location, everyone is nice except from Tamara (I think that's her name) the african american lady working PM shift, she's extremely rude! I've seen her mistreated customers almost every time I go, when she's assisting customers she's on the phone talking and as a plus when she is there she closes earlier , they supposed to be open until 10 but this lady turns the light off and closes by 9:30 pm and yes I've seen her inside. I can't believe she's still working here , you guys need to do something about it.

Stumbled upon this gem USPS while looking up USPS in the vicinity due to my occasional long and arduous work schedules. Initially I was in doubt, thinking that there is no way a USPS is open until 22:00 or on both Saturdays and Sundays but I really needed to mail my shipment on time so I drove here to check it out. As I arrived, I realized that the rumors are true! They are not only open until 22:00 and are open on weekends as well. I’d especially like to recommend Gregory, who was the friendly, efficient and accommodating USPS agent who helped me out. It is rare to see someone who is optimistic, efficient and happy when working this late. Bravo, Greg! Because of the Greg, friendly and efficient staff members, plus the convenient opening hours including evening and weekends, I will definitely be coming back to this particular USPS in the future even if I had to drive much further. Keep up the amazing work, Greg and USPS SAT John Saunders!

That black toned lady with very short hair needs to be fired eventually. At this point this woman selfie has been posted on this location reviews. She is just too comfortable to think she can treat any customer how she wants instead addressing her issues in a proper manner. That is insanely to know how she is still working here.

Some black lady at the counter with very short hair, this evening was very blunt, not very customer friendly. I got no thank you, no smile, no nothing. Postal workers want their customers to have their backs, but they treat us as customers like we are an inconvenience to them.

Staff was very unhelpful, came here to pay to ship and they charged me $34.21 plus tax just to ship a very small package. Had to spend an extra $2.40 to get a certified USPS package. And then they refused to ship it. Heck no, I'm not coming here ever again.
