Been standing in line for a passport for over 45 minutes. The tenants at the front desk just keeping taking walk in customers and completely ignoring the passport customers. What is the point of making an appointment when you won’t be seen at your designated appointment? Y’all need to do better.

I just want to say how grateful I am for the kindness and support I received at the post office today (maybe a 10-20 minute encounter). I was in such a stressful situation because I urgently needed my mail (we moved on the 1st of August)I needed bills, school stuff for my sons, car registration stuff, replacement ID and inside could be something as important and emotional as necklaces and a tiny custom urn w/ mom’s ashes I purchased several weeks ago. Carlos and Brittany went above and beyond to help me, they literally have me in tears as I write this. They were patient, understanding, and truly compassionate in a moment when I needed it most. With how divided and hateful our country can be, they reminded me that kindness is free and there are way more amazing compassionate people, than bad ones! I am so thankful that they took time out to research my issue ( THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TAKE THESE EXTRA STEPS W/ me) and Brittany even contacted the carrier that delivers my mail in the mailbox (asking them to bring my mail in so I can pick it up tmrw on a SATURDAY & a holiday weekend!). I am floored at the level of kindness they showed me today 🥹!Their effort and care meant so much to me, and I can’t thank them enough. People like them make all the difference, we need more people like you two in these extremely important government positions/roles. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! Lines are short, patience is long 💚💚! Such an amazing experience!

Lost package from this office, we dropped it off on 1/20/2026 and it shows delivered on that same day in Arizona. How can they continue to do this with no repercussions. It seems there is a lot of lost packages going out from the same usps and nothing is being done.

Mike from the post office if a very rude person, that has no patience for questions regarding your mail. Asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. Then he claimed that he wasn't. I'm just trying to get my mail and he made everything very difficult. Wish management can reach out to me regarding this

The ladies here are super nice and very informative. They let me know there is a new driver on our route so we may not get our lock changed quickly, it just depends on the driver. I dont understand the stars they have, I mean most things are out of their control. Im sure just like every job there's the pros and cons. Despite that, Excellent service!!
