Temporary Happiness a month agoThe a place has gone down hill. When are they going to do better? All I want is access to the machines in the lobby so I don’t have to bother yall at the front counter. But you can even have those working and able! And the worst part is the drop box where you leave the package is ALWAYS broken! Today there a ghetto pink sign all taped up and ripped saying “DO NOT USE BROKEN” .. well ya! It’s always broken! Ibwaa able to buy postage but printer was BROKEN. And nowhere to drop my package! Are yall kidding me?!? What a shame!
Sondra De Luna a month agoThis is literally the worst post office I have ever had to work with. I closed on my brand new construction home and immediately went to the post office to register the house. It has been 3 months, and I still don't have my keys. I have been there multiple times, filled out complaint forms, and still nothing has been done. It is constantly some excuse as to why it is not done. They have been saying they are waiting on the new locks to come in and no one on my street has keys yet, but my neighbor has their keys. I am over this place. I just want my mail keys so I can check my mail without having to drive out of my way to go there and get my mail. GIVE ME MY MAILBOX KEYS ALREADY!
Adriana Zapata a month agoI was literally putting off going to do my change of address, and mail box re key cause the horror stories i have heard about this location. Three months in my new home, i made my way down to this location… and literally have never had better customer service! I waited MAYBE 5 minutes with 6 people ahead of me. BOTH employees were two gentlemen that were quick, sufficient, knew what they were doing AND SUPER FRIENDLY AND KIND! THEN to top it off, i literally got my keys to my mailbox the next day! I will forever praise this location and vouch for their super service! All post offices should be like this! The other locations I’ve been to, everyone seems miserable, and not wanting to work. Not here though 10/10 for sure. Literally two men cleared the 11 ppl and family for passports in like 10 minutes.
Matt Redd 2 weeks agoThis post office is consistently overcrowded, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The lines are always long, and getting help can be frustrating. To make matters worse, they won’t print QR codes for customers, even though one of the self-service machines that is supposed to handle that is broken. It seems like there is little effort to provide alternative solutions when equipment isn’t working. Overall, a very frustrating experience that could be improved with better customer service and properly maintained equipment.
Hailyn Bella a year agoWhenever I come to this post office, the line moves quickly and the staff at the counters is always nice. I hadn’t been in a bit and was pleasantly surprised to find lockers! I didn’t have time to scan the QR code and find out more info, but looks like it will help things be even more convenient and efficient! I also love that they have 2 self service kiosks, and lots of boxes to ship out everything. Sometimes I have to come after hours to drop off packages and the bins are full though, it is a very busy post office servicing a lot of new neighborhoods by 1604/Potranco. Whenever I do need to get a package picked up at the window towards the back, the line can be long so I’d recommend coming early for that one. Overall, I like this place!
